The Immocare Basic service is great for vacation home owners who either have a penthouse, a flat inside a community or a smaller house which doesn`t need a whole team of gardeners or cleaning services every week. The Basic package is the right one for you if usually there`s a gap of several weeks or months between your stays on Mallorca and you would like to be sure that your vacation home is safe while you are away for a period of time.
Whereas the Immocare Comfort service is a service additional to like garden/ pool maintenance and cleaning services you might have booked several times a month to keep your home in perfect conditions anytime. The Comfort package consists of more detailled visits in your property including several technical checks, to guarantee everything runs smoothly before your next stay on Mallorca.
